All Mickey Houses Villas are licensed by the State of Florida and are kept in immaculate condition. More families than ever before are now vacationing in rental homes and here are the reasons why:
Q: We have never stayed in a vacation home, is it expensive?
A: A vacation home rental in Florida is much cheaper than renting several hotel rooms for a larger family or group. Itis also less expensive than in Europe - particularly with the current dollar exchange rate. A larger house is excellent value and gives everyone plenty of room. For a group or large family a villa quickly represents much better value than a hotel.
Q: : I don't want to cook everyday, how far is the home from local restaurants?
A: :The home is very close to all the wide variety of restaurants in Kissimmee.
Q: I have heard that all homes include a private screened-in swimming pool.
A: Correct! This will allow you to swim at your leisure ANY time, day or night.
Q: Will someone be available to answer questions?
A: Yes. We have a local management company that will be able to assist you with any problems or issues you have. The Emerald Island Resort has a fully staffed front desk together with a 24-hour manned emergency hotline. And there is a 24 hour Security Guard at the Gate.
Q: Who owns the home? A: The home is owned by individuals home owners just like you who love the Orlando area. The owner has a Florida management agent who ensures the home is very well maintained/cleaned etc. and they will be on hand to provide the keys or to answer any queries and ensure that you have a great holiday. Q: Isn’t it expensive to rent a villa? A: Not when you compare it to the cost of renting a single upscale hotel room or a group of rooms for families or friends traveling together.
